Building a new home in Playas? Our crew works directly with your GC or we self-perform. We handle everything from the decking up: underlayment, ventilation design, material installation, and final inspection.
Metal Roofing
We do metal roof repairs too. Loose panels, failed sealant at transitions, rust spots on older galvanized. Not every metal issue needs a full replacement. Our Playas crew can usually fix it same-day.
Shingle Roofing
Asphalt shingle roofing is the most common and cost-effective roofing system in Playas. Our crews install 15-20 shingle roofs a month. We know the product inside and out. Nailing patterns, exposure measurements, hip and ridge details.
Flat Roofing
TPO single-ply membrane in 60-mil or 80-mil thickness, hot-air welded seams, fully adhered or mechanically attached over polyiso insulation board. We install per NRCA and manufacturer specifications. Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure. We use tapered ISO insulation to create minimum 1/4" per foot slope to drains. FM 4473 rated systems available for hail-prone Playas areas.
Commercial Roofing
We install Carlisle SynTec TPO and EPDM membrane systems with full Carlisle manufacturer warranties. Our Playas commercial roofing crews are factory-trained and authorized. TPO seams are hot-air welded at 900+ degrees. The weld is stronger than the membrane itself. Ponding water? We install tapered ISO insulation to create positive drainage per NRCA guidelines.
Gutter Installation
Clogged gutters cause fascia rot. We see it on every other house in Playas. We install new gutters with proper pitch, adequate downspout capacity, and optional gutter guards if you're done cleaning them twice a year.
Roof Inspection
Roof inspections after a storm are free. Always. We document hail hits, wind damage, and any pre-existing issues so your insurance claim is accurate and complete.
Emergency Roof Repair
Emergency tarping is the first priority. We cover the exposed area to stop water entry, then schedule the permanent repair once conditions allow. We don't charge extra for emergency tarp jobs. It's part of the repair cost.
Skylight Installation
Skylight installation costs $1,200-$3,500 in Playas depending on size, type, and roof pitch. That includes the unit, flashing kit, interior trim, and roof patch-in. We handle everything from the outside in.
