Material Preparation
Metal roof panels are custom-ordered to the exact lengths needed for your roof. Trim, flashing, and ridge cap pieces specified and fabricated for your specific roof geometry. Lead time is typically 2-3 weeks for custom orders.
Precision Installation
Standing seam panels installed with Z-clips on solid substrate or battens. Each panel locked into the adjacent panel with a mechanical seamer. No exposed fasteners, no maintenance points. Trim and flashing hand-formed for a custom fit.
Inspection & Warranty
Final inspection, cleanup, and warranty registration. Your metal roof is the last roof your Playas home will ever need. We stand behind it with both manufacturer and workmanship warranties.
